- Via the contact form: Your name, email, company, budget range, and message.
- Via Calendly: Your name, email, and any details you share when booking a call.
- Via email: Whatever you choose to tell us.
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, schedule calls, and provide the services you've requested. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties.
Cookies and tracking
We use one strictly necessary cookie for the admin login session only. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, so no cookie banner is shown.

Data retention
We keep contact form submissions and call notes for as long as necessary to follow up and deliver the work we've quoted. After a project ends, we retain records as required by law and for our own historical reference, but we do not actively use or share them.

You have the right to request that we delete, correct, or export any personal information we hold about you. Contact us directly with your request.
Security
We transmit data over HTTPS and store it securely. This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which provides industry-standard security.
